To Schedule a Mediation with Mark W. Sims
1. Select the Button below which will open Mark's Mediation Calendar. The Mediation Calendar shows Mr. Sims' availability for mediation. Note that the calendar is updated each evening.

2. Next, coordinate with the parties and attorneys to determine a proposed mediation date that is workable for everyone involved. It is recommended that both attorneys or their staff pull up the mediation calendar simultaneously to determine a workable date for mediation with Mark W. Sims.
3. Last, select the 'Mediation Scheduling Form' Button below and complete the short form. Once the completed form is submitted, the attorneys will receive a written confirmation packet from Mark W. Sims that the mediation has been scheduled (typically via e-mail and facsimile). On the rare occasion that there is any problem regarding the mediation date as requested, you will also receive a written notice. Either way, the written notice will be sent by the next business day (and in most cases, the written notice will be sent in the evening on the date the form is submitted).

3. Last, select the 'Mediation Scheduling Form' Button below and complete the short form. Once the completed form is submitted, the attorneys will receive a written confirmation packet from Mark W.
